The beautiful thing about motherhood is you get to see your children thrive but how can they fully thrive if they don’t see a happy healthy mom?
I have made positive changes in my life by having a solid morning routine before my kids wake up. For me this looks like intentionally waking up anywhere between 15-30 minutes before them to create space for myself to be a present mom. This has lessoned my frustration to:
🔴 Have too many rambling thoughts
🔴 Feel all over the place
🔴 Have negative self talk
🔴 Feel neglected because I haven’t spent time with myself
most importantly... I have felt more at peace with myself which I know my children can feel which helps the house to run smoother.
We know the truth that being a mom has its challenges ( single mom or not) however, if we’re good so are they!
What You Can Achieve:
✅ An easy self care practice that works for your life
✅ Being more present with your kids
✅ Creating a sacred time just for you
✅ Positive self talk
... and so much more
